You are welcome to join me as I walk through the home. Feel free to ask any questions you may have to make sure you have a comprehensive overview of the home’s condition. In addition, I will also help educate you about the basics of home maintenance and repairs.
My name is Wes Baumle, I am the owner/inspector of Baumle Inspection Services. I grew up on farm, twenty minutes East of Camrose. I live with my wife of twenty years and two children, in Camrose and we love this community that we call home.
I graduated from Bawlf High School and after, attended Grant MacEwan College, where I took the Insurance and Risk Management program. Soon after, I started my career as a Property Adjuster for a large Canadian Insurance Company, adjusting homes for things like fire and theft, water and flood damage. During this time, I learned a lot about construction, dealing with contractors and other vendors to get an Insureds home back to normal, as soon as possible. My adjusting career, took me all the way to Mississippi in the fall of 2005 to help with the Hurricane Katrina disaster, which was an amazing and humbling experience.
Soon after this, I decided to move into Insurance Sales, where I ended up purchasing my own brokerage in Daysland, AB, which I successfully operated for ten years and now I am looking forward to using my construction and people skills, to help people in the Home Inspection field.
